Sod Installation
Graded, amended soil and fresh-cut Bermuda, St. Augustine or Zoysia laid tight — a lawn that roots in, not one that peels up.

Dallas · Frisco · Fort Worth
Heritage Outdoor Renovations designs and installs sod, concrete, stone and fencing for North Texas properties that are meant to be handed down — not redone.
What we build
Every project is scoped, permitted where required, and installed by our own team — no rotating subs.
Graded, amended soil and fresh-cut Bermuda, St. Augustine or Zoysia laid tight — a lawn that roots in, not one that peels up.
Driveways, slabs, footings and steps poured over a properly compacted base with clean control joints and a finish that holds.
Flagstone, travertine and interlocking pavers set on screeded bedding sand with locked edging so nothing shifts in DFW clay.
Entry paths, courtyards and back patios designed around how your family actually moves through the property.
Cedar, board-on-board and wrought iron on concrete-set posts — straight lines, square gates, hardware that outlasts the wood.
Stone-edged beds, drainage-aware planting plans and Texas-hardy selections that still look intentional in August.
Our work

How it goes
From the first walk of the property to the day we hand it back.
We walk the property with you, check drainage and grade, and talk through what the space needs to do.
A written scope with materials, layout and a fixed price. No line items appearing halfway through.
One crew, one lead on site, daily cleanup, and a schedule you're kept ahead of from demo to final grade.
We inspect the work together, review care instructions, and back it with a one-year workmanship warranty.

Reviews
A sample of feedback from projects across the metroplex.
"They tore out a cracked slab and built us a flagstone patio and fire pit. Crew showed up when they said, swept the driveway every evening. Two summers later there isn't a single settled stone."
"Our yard was half dirt after the drought. Heritage regraded, fixed the drainage along the fence line and laid new sod. It rooted in beautifully and the standing water is gone."
"Got three bids. Theirs was the only one that explained the base prep. The walkway and cedar fence look like they belong to the house instead of bolted onto it."
